We’re passionate, human-centered problem solvers with a vision to change how we see ourselves and the haircut experience.
CUTCAM™ began during the pandemic as we saw friends and family attempting to cut their hair with mixed, often scary results!
Like millions worldwide, we resorted to at-home haircuts during the first lockdown out of necessity. We thought that if you had a rearview camera behind your head, you could eliminate second-guessing and ditch the folding mirrors.
We launched a crowdfunding campaign and raised nearly 100k to deliver the first 600 units to our early supporters.

We are honored and proud to be featured on the 9th season of Henry Ford's Innovation Nation with Mo Rocca on CBS. They approached us in 2022 and filmed us in our garage headquarters, where the first creative sparks ignited.
